Hyderabad: Govt of Telangana is contemplating to sell surplus Govt. lands with an intention to increase state revenue
Govt. of T.S. had sought the details of the lands located in the city.
It is reported that TS Govt. proposes to collect ten thousand crores by selling such land.
In the first phase, the lands under the complete possession of the Govt. would be auctioned in order to remove recession in the real estate sector.
It is learned from reliable sources that 150 acres of land have been identified which are in the possession of the Govt. These lands would be auctioned through HMDA.
