Warangal: Festive celebrations turn tragic for a family when their two-and-half- year-old girl succumbed to burn injuries after falling into boiling oil in Warangal district.
According to reports, the minor Ansuri, daughter of Arikelli Naresh had come to her grandmother’s home for celebrating Dussera festival when the incident happened, Hans reports.
While the family was busy preparing special foods for the festival, the toddler came running towards her mother and slipped into the boiling oil said Mulugu SI Bandari Raju.
Based on the complaint lodged by Anusri’s father, the Mulugu police registered a case.
