Hyderabad: Justice A Rajasekhar Reddy dismissed the petition through which the continuance of Mr. Mohammed Saleem as Chairman of TS Wakf Board was challenged following completion of his term as MLC.
Mohammed Saleem was nominated as a member of TS Wakf Board under MLC quota. Later, he was elected as Chairman of TS Wakf Board.
