Pakistan planning to launch Battle-trained terrorists in Valley

NewDelhi: The abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir has sent Pakistan on over-drive mode as the neighboring nation has deployed as many as 100 Special Service Group commandos along the Line of Control (LoC) with ceasefire violations being reported as well.

The Intelligence stated these new developments along the border are probably to launch at least 100 terrorists into the valley from Afghanistan. The intelligence has advised the forces to remain on a high alert at all times, OneIndia reports.

In addition, around 15 Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists are already waiting at the terror launch-pads in Lipa valley along the Line of Control (LoC) on the Pakistani side to infiltrate in Kashmir, Intelligence reports suggest.

The intelligence inputs has suggested the Pakistan-based terror groups may trigger a series of terror attacks in Kashmir and also target vital installations in several key Indian cities in the next few weeks.

“We have credible intelligence that Pakistan is bringing over 100 hardcore terrorists from Afghanistan and they will be pushed into Kashmir in the next few weeks,” said a military source.

The sources claimed Mufti Rauf Asghar, brother of JeM chief Maulana Masood Azhar, has held meetings with terror outfit’s top commanders at its Bahawalpur headquarters on August 19 and 20 to discuss the new developments.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has also been making provocative statements targeting India following its decisions on Kashmir.

He has also suggested that a Pulwama-like similar terror attack may take place again.

Since local terrorists in Kashmir are not battle trained, the Pakistan is bringing battle-hardened terrorists from Afghanistan said the sources.

Sources claimed Pakistan has set up Kashmir desks at all its foreign missions to carry out anti-India propaganda in the wake of India’s decisions on J&K.
