On the 28th day of ban, Kashmir could not restore communications.
Ban was removed on Saturday and a few vehicles were seen on the records. Due to ban on communications, Kashmiris are put to trouble.
Banks, offices and educational institutions are not able to function. Communication in rural areas is causing difficulties. Even in case of acute illness and fire accidents, people are not able to send messages. Public transport system is totally disrupted.
