A 24-year-old man was handed a three-month imprisonment by a local court in Nampally on Thursday following an incident in which he had injured a couple.
The accused was identified as Shaik Imran, a resident of Red Hills in the city. Police said Imran entered a woman’s house in Habeebnagar in an inebriated state on Tuesday and created a nuisance. He beat up the woman and her husband due to which they suffered internal injuries.
