Hyderabad: A lorry which is said to be returning from Vijayawada to Hyderabad has been reduced to ashes at Abdullapurmet on NH-65 in the wee hours of Wednesday.
According to the Hans India report, the lorry driver noticed the smoke billowing from the vehicle and got down from the lorry.
Minutes after he got down the lorry engulfed in the fire and gutted completely before the fire tenders reach the spot.
A case has been registered by the police and the reason for the fire is yet to be ascertained.
