HMDA to take up massive Land Pooling schemes in Hyderabad

Hyderabad:  The Government of Telangana has approved Hyderabad Metropolitan Region Land Pooling rules 2017 vide G.OMs.No.306, MA & UD (Plg.I(1)), Dept., on 07.12.2017 to promote and facilities planned development in Hyderabad Metropolitan Region.

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) intend proposed to take up massive Land Pooling Schemes in Hyderabad Metropolitan Region and to undertake Land Pooling Scheme as Phase-I in following Two (2) locations: 1. Pratapsingaram (V) & Korremula (V) Ghtakesar (M), Medchal – Malkajgri Dist in 1575 acres and 2. Mokila (V), Shankerpally (V), Ranga Reddy (Dist) 456 acres.

Notification issued for above schemes for declaration of intention to undertake Land Pooling Scheme and calls for consent Applications from willing land owners in Form 2 expressing consent to participate in the land pooling scheme.

In continuation to the above, in accordance to the G.OMs.No.306, MA & UD (Plg.I(1)), Dept., dt.07.12.2017 the HMDA is conducting Grama Shaba / stakeholder consultations at ;

  • Grampanchayath office of Pratapsingaram (V) on 23.11.2019 at 9:30am
  • Grampanchayath office of Korremula (V) on 23.11.2019 at 2:00pm

In order to explain the details, benefits and salient features to the land owners/ farmers of the land-pooling scheme intended by HMDA.

In this regard all the land owners/ farmers of the concerned delineation area are requested to attend the stakeholder consultation meeting positively.
