Hyderabad: Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi, MIM MLA representing Chandrayangutta Assembly Constituency was given clean chit earlier by the Commissioner of Police, Kareem Nagar for MLA’s speech in the district.
Unhappy with the decision of the police, Mr. B. Mahender Reddy, Advocate had filed a petition in the local court. In his petition, he pleaded the court to pass an order directing the police to register a case against Mr. Owaisi.
After hearing the plea, Ms. P. Sai Sudha, Judicial Magistrate ordered Kareem Nagar Police to register a case against the MLA for his alleged violent speech made in the district. It may be mentioned that on 24th July, Mr. Owaisi had addressed a public meeting in Kareem Nagar District against which BJP has registered its protest and demanded action against the MLA.
