Call to 911 was ‘misunderstanding’, clarifies Jenelle Evans

Washington: American TV star Jenelle Evans has claimed that the call she made to 911 for help in October saying that she was being attacked by her husband David Eason was just a “misunderstanding.”

Earlier in October, she called 911 and told the operators that she is being “assaulted and pinned down to the ground in the yard” by her husband Eason. Later, the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the ‘Teen Mom 2’ star was hospitalized after the incidence, US Weekly reported.

“David attacked her in front of everyone and they fell to the ground,” US Weekly reported quoted source as saying.
However, the star has now changed her statement and said: “that’s not what happened on the other day”.

“We had friends over and we had a bonfire and I tripped over a hole, and I and David were in the middle of arguing about something,” the 27-year-old star said.

“I went and fell down, David wouldn’t catch me, he tripped over the hole and we both fell down together and right after it happened, we filmed about it and I was open and honest,” she added.

The couple got married in September 2017.

After this incident, Jenelle has come under fire for her husband’s actions, as David has been served with a criminal summons for tampering with a vehicle and damaging personal property. Fans have been continuously asking her, “why she would stay with someone like him?”

Responding to fans, she said: “I totally understand that. I was like, dude, I was drunk and when I get drunk, sometimes, I cry for no reason,”

“I mean I was hurt, I’m not gonna lie about that, yeah, I hurt my shoulder. But I went to the doctor afterward and it’s just a sprain and I was fine,” she further added.
