Khammam: In a tragic incident, woman commits suicide after she was allegedly humiliated and beaten by her husband.
The incident was reported from Ralagudem village, Charla mandal, Bhadrari.
According to the report of the New Indian Express, Shailaja (20) was married to Chimala Sai a year ago. The couple had an 8-months-old baby.
On Tuesday, her husband got upset on the quality of curry she prepared and beaten her.
Humiliated, Shailaja jumped into the well in their house and her husband also jumped into the well behind her.
Later, when locals brought them up from the well, Shailaja was dead and her husband was unconscious.
