Individual Contributor with strong communication skills and QA investigative spirit that will do more than just the assigned task but will try to constantly break the code and find the bugs.
Able to communicate with a developer describing the issues in a technical manner and making it easier for the entire team to understand the bugs.
Able to communicate with the product team / Client Services team and explain a bug or request more information.
Able to understand how the verticals work and identify how that impacts the lead delivery
